Nev Wood: I founded Pickwick Performance in 1984, a lifelong petrolhead and motorsport enthusiast, starting my career as an engineer and by the age of 21 running my own business. My engineering background has given me a longstanding respect for the design and build quality of Audi VW vehicles above all others, hence our 38-year-plus specialization. Elizabeth Wood: I have worked alongside Nev in our business for over 38 years, dealing with all the admin and accounts. I have also previously assisted with the detailing and preparation of our cars, as well as helping with collection and delivery. We have always combined our business and work premises, giving us great flexibility while raising our three very talented daughters.
